Bucharest:
- Attend the unveiling ceremonies for the National Memorial for the Victims of the Holocaust in Romania
- Meet the President of Romania, Traian Basescu, and dine in the Presidential Palace
- Enjoy a private luncheon with King Michael, who reigned as Romania's monarch until he was forced to abdicate the throne in 1947
- Visit historic synagogues and cemeteries on a special day trip to Iasi
Paris:
- Visit the Drancy Holocaust Memorial and the Memorial to the Martyrs of the Deportation
- Meet prominent Jewish leaders Richard Prasquier, President of CRIF; Eric de Rothschild, President of the Shoah Memorial; and Davidde Rothschild, President of the Foundation for the Memory of the Shoah
